Kingdom Services Group Ltd is recruiting an Environmental Enforcement Officer for London (SE18). The role is field-based, front-line work enforcing environmental regulations and engaging with the public to improve local spaces.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patrolling local areas to identify environmental offences.
• Enforcing regulations related to littering, fly-tipping, graffiti and waste management.
• Issuing Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) and following up.
• Investigating incidents and gathering evidence.
• Responding to public complaints and queries.
• Preparing case files and assisting in legal proceedings.
• Using surveillance equipment where required.
• Educating residents and businesses to promote compliance.

ENVIRONMENTAL ENFORCEMENT OFFICER

Location: London - SE18 area
Pay: £14.80 per hour / Weekly Pay
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 5 days per week (including weekends) - between 07:00-22:00
Contract: Flexible / Temporary

This is a varied, field-based role where you'll be on the frontline engaging with the public, enforcing regulations, and supporting the local authority to keep the area clean, safe, and welcoming.

What You'll Be Doing

• Patrolling local areas to identify environmental offences
• Enforcing regulations relating to littering, fly-tipping, graffiti, and waste management
• Issuing Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) and carrying out follow-ups
• Investigating incidents and gathering evidence
• Responding to complaints from the public
• Preparing case files and supporting legal proceedings where required
• Using surveillance equipment where necessary
• Educating residents and businesses to promote compliance
