Job summary

Kingdom Local Authority Support is recruiting Environmental Enforcement Officers in Haringey to support local environmental initiatives and protect public spaces. You will engage with residents and businesses, issue penalties, and help improve the local environment.

The role requires a Basic DBS check, and offers full training, development opportunities, and weekly pay. This is a field-based position with varied days and times, contributing to safer, greener communities.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with strong customer service.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Basic DBS check required; own transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling designated areas to identify environmental offences.
• Enforcing regulations relating to littering, fly-tipping, waste disposal, and related offences.
• Issuing Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) where appropriate.
• Investigating incidents and responding to reports from the public.
• Engaging professionally with residents, businesses, and visitors.
• Completing reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Carrying out follow-up visits and supporting compliance activities.
• Contributing to wider community safety and environmental improvement initiatives.

Location: Haringey (N22 7TR)

Pay: £14.80 per hour | Weekly Pay

Hours: On average 40 hours per week

Shifts: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off | 07:00 - 17:00 (as per site rota)

Contract: Flexi Contract

Requirement: Basic DBS Check Required | Own Transport Preferred
