Our client, a well-regarded company in the FMCG sector located in Lichfield, is looking to fill a Fixed Term Contract role for 12 months to cover maternity leave. Key responsibilities - Environmental Coordinator:

1. Arranging general and recyclables waste collections, and scheduling machinery park servicing.
2. Arranging hazardous waste collections and ensuring the correct storage of potential environmental hazards.
3. Overseeing the team of external cleaners and gardeners.
4. Reporting waste data and ensuring compliance of providers.
5. Maintaining spill compliance, including drainage routes and interceptors.
6. Ensuring the site maintains ISO 14001 accreditation.
7. Handling governmental reporting such as SECR, ESOS, and CCA.
8. Data collection and financial reporting, including PPTX and EPR.
9. Monitoring and optimizing energy usage.
10. Responding to client requests regarding the carbon footprint on various reports.
