Job summary

Sizewell C Limited seeks a Consents Compliance Manager to lead coordination, management and assurance of environmental permits and consent compliance across the Enabling & Earthworks programme. You’ll work with delivery teams, regulators and environmental specialists to ensure activities meet consent requirements from design through handover.

Reporting to the CWA Consents Lead, you’ll advise operational teams, embed compliance into delivery and support progression of this nationally significant

Qualifications

• Experience with environmental consenting and licensing authorities.
• Knowledge of environmental permits, licences and compliance management.
• Understanding of Environment Agency permitting and Development Consent Orders.
• Experience advising delivery teams on compliance requirements and controls.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• High levels of organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assure environmental permits and licenses across delivery teams.
• Develop and lead the CWA compliance programme.
• Create and deliver compliance briefings and awareness sessions.
• Develop consent management procedures, inspections, forms and records.
• Produce compliance dashboards, trackers and performance reporting.
• Build relationships with project teams, client representatives and regulators.
• Support audits, inspections and compliance assurance activities.
• Provide monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on compliance performance.
