Irwin and Colton are proud to partner with a renowned transport and logistics organization in Bristol to recruit an Environmental Compliance Specialist. This newly created role offers the opportunity to support our client in their compliance journey, ensuring adherence to ISO 14001 standards.

Key responsibilities of the Environmental Compliance Specialist:
  1. Lead ISO 14001 audit processes, championing best practices, identifying areas for improvement, and maintaining certification.
  2. Collect and report environmental performance data to meet stakeholder needs.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure environmental compliance and address issues.
  4. Deliver training to promote environmental awareness across the organization.
Requirements for a Successful Environmental Compliance Specialist:
  • A degree (BSc or MSc) in an environmental discipline; membership to IEMA is desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience with ISO 14001 audits, preferably within the transport industry.
