Allen & York is seeking an Environmental Compliance Site Manager for a complex manufacturing facility in the UK. You will own environmental permits, drive regulatory adherence and lead site-wide improvements across operations and maintenance.

Reporting to the site leadership team, you will balance strategic planning with day-to-day compliance, audits, and regulatory liaison while guiding continuous improvement programs.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience managing environmental compliance within a permitted industrial site.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintenance management experience within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of environmental permits and regulatory obligations.
• Experience with Environment Agency engagement.

Aufgaben

• Lead environmental compliance across the site, ensuring permit conditions are met.
• Develop and enhance environmental management processes and systems.
• Provide practical environmental guidance to operational teams.
• Oversee maintenance activities to maximise plant availability.
• Manage contractors, RAMS reviews, inductions, and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement of EMS and compliance culture.
