Bacardi UK Supply Chain is seeking an Environmental Compliance Specialist to support regulatory compliance across whisky and gin operations in the UK and ROI. You will manage permits, monitor emissions, lead audits, and drive sustainability initiatives within our Good Spirited framework.

The role requires a proven track record in manufacturing compliance, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to coordinate across sites to mitigate environmental risk and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years Environmental Compliance experience in manufacturing or process industries.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and renew site environmental authorisations (e.g. SEPA/CAR licences).
• Track and interpret environmental legislation and assess impact on UK/ROI supply chain.
• Liaise with regulators (SEPA, EA, EPA) and manage inspections and reporting deadlines.
• Oversee COMAH obligations and distillery effluent management to meet permit conditions.
• Monitor waste management, water abstraction, emissions reporting, and incident investigations.
• Support sustainability projects aligned with Good Spirited programme (water, emissions, waste).
