Aureos is seeking an Environmental Project Specialist to provide technical support across Rail, Highways, and Nuclear projects in our Transportation unit. You will coordinate pre-construction environmental assessments, including ecology and archaeology surveys, and advise on works scheduling given constraints observed.

You will review and manage ESMPs and SWMPs, ensure compliance with Aureos procedures and client requirements, and contribute to sustainability KPI reporting and regulator permit

Qualifications

• Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Ecology, or a related field, preferably with postgraduate qualification, plus experience in infrastructure/environmental projects.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate pre-construction environmental assessments and advise on planning constraints.
• Review and manage ESMPs and SWMPs; ensure project compliance with Aureos procedures and client requirements.
• Coordinate permitting with regulators and support environmental incident investigations on site.
• Support delivery of sustainability KPIs including Biodiversity Net Gain and Social Value targets.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits of key environmental documentation and reporting.
