Experience with Application Lifecycle Management and proficiency with release and project management tools are required. Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder influence are crucial. Additionally, strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are needed in this fast-paced environment. Experience with SaaS solutions such as D365, NetSuite, and ServiceNow is highly desirable.
