Sustainable Talent LTD in West Yorkshire is seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to lead Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality initiatives across a long-term framework in Yorkshire. You will work with senior leadership and operational teams to drive safe delivery of infrastructure and utilities projects.

The role requires chartered SHEQ or CM IOSH, extensive experience across utilities, construction and civil engineering, and strong ISO 45001/14001 knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Chartered SHEQ or Health & Safety professional.
• Proven experience in Health & Safety, HSE, SHEQ, HSQE or QHSE management.
• Experience in utilities, infrastructure, construction, civil engineering, power, water, energy or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, risk assessment, auditing and compliance management systems.
• Experience supporting multiple sites, projects or operational contracts.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Mentor and develop SHEQ Advisors and wider project teams.
• Support compliance with ISO standards and industry best practice.

An established infrastructure and utilities contractor is seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to support the delivery of a long-term framework across Yorkshire.

Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, you will play a key role in driving Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) performance across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Requirements

• Chartered SHEQ or Health & Safety professional (CMIOSH preferred).
• Proven experience within Health & Safety, HSE, SHEQ, HSQE, HSEQ or QHSE management roles.
• Previous experience operating within utilities, infrastructure, construction, civil engineering, power, water, energy or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, risk assessment, auditing and compliance management systems.
• Experience supporting multiple sites, projects or operational contracts.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Experience within regulated utility, infrastructure or construction environments.
• Previous involvement in long-term framework or maintenance contracts.
• Background working on large-scale civil engineering, infrastructure or utility projects.
• Experience supporting environmental management and quality management initiatives.
