Job summary

Insight Select is seeking an experienced Quality & EHS Manager to join a growing pharmaceutical and life sciences site in Reading. You will lead the Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental management system, driving audits, CAPA and incident investigations, and delivering training across the site.

You will own root cause investigations, manage supplier quality, monitor KPIs and push Lean Six Sigma-based improvements in a hands-on, site-based role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Quality and/or QHSE systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Experience leading audits and managing CAPA.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HSE legislation, risk assessments and incident investigations.
