Lighthouse Games is seeking an Environment Artist in a hybrid Leamington Spa setting, joining a AAA studio with a pedigree of talent and ambition.

You will craft immersive environments, create assets, and mentor teammates to maintain high visual standards while collaborating with design, lighting, and engineering. A strong portfolio and Unreal Engine experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• An outstanding portfolio showcasing Environment Art.

Responsibilities

• Work with Lead and Associate Lead Environment Artist to create cohesive game world.
• Create 3D models and textures of environmental assets such as buildings, terrain, vegetation, and props.
• Ensure environments are visually consistent with art style and guidelines.
• Collaborate with level design and lighting to optimize and integrate assets.
• Develop and implement new techniques to improve environment art pipeline.
• Stay current with industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
• Maintain clear communication to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Work with Technical Artist and Engineering to optimize assets for performance.
• Participate in critiques to maintain high quality for game design needs.
