Lighthouse Games, a new AAA studio in Leamington Spa, is seeking a Senior Lighting Artist to shape the aesthetic ambiance of their games. In this role, you will create lighting setups and execute post-processing effects while collaborating closely with environment artists.

We require a candidate with proven experience in the games industry, strong knowledge of lighting principles, and proficiency with tools like Unreal Engine and Maya. The position includes a range of benefits including 25 days holiday and private healthcare.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lighting Artist in the games industry.
• Strong understanding of lighting principles, color theory, and composition.
• Proficiency with lighting tools and software (e.g. Unreal Engine, Maya).
• Experience with post-processing effects and techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other artists and give/receive feedback.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for games and a strong artistic vision.
