Job summary

Eden Scott is seeking an Associate Director to lead and grow the Environmental Clerk of Works (EnvCoW) service in Scotland. The role focuses on leadership, client management, and construction-phase environmental compliance across Edinburgh or Glasgow.

The successful candidate will oversee delivery of EnvCoW projects, mentor professionals, and provide oversight on licensing, risk, and stakeholder engagement for major infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive EnvCoW or construction-phase environmental management experience.
• Strong understanding of environmental compliance and risk management.
• Experience leading projects, managing budgets, and developing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Full UK driving licence.
