Job summary

Warner Scott Recruitment is recruiting a Manager for its UK Strategy & Transactions team, focused on Energy, Utilities & Resources. You will lead and deliver strategy, due diligence and value creation projects for corporate and investor clients across the UK and internationally.

Joining a well-established, globally connected firm, you will manage senior stakeholders, drive delivery across workstreams, and mentor a team of consultants and analysts with significant responsibility from day one.

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience in strategy or management consulting, with a track record of delivering transaction-related projects.
• Experience across strategy, commercial due diligence and value creation.
• Exposure to Energy, Resources, Utilities, Renewables or other aligned sectors is essential.
• You are intellectually curious, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the delivery of complex strategy and transaction projects.
• Manage project teams, ensuring quality, structure and timely delivery.
• Provide robust, data-driven analysis to support commercial decision making.
• Work with corporate, private equity, infrastructure and sovereign wealth fund clients.
• Contribute to business development, thought leadership and practice growth.
