• Experience leading teams and delivering engagements on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements across acquisitions, disposals, and capital markets transactions within Energy and Infrastructure.
• Prepare and review diligence reports with clear conclusions and recommendations.
• Oversee project management tasks including budgets, deadlines and risk management.
