Qualifications

• 0–2 years' experience in process/manufacturing or industrial equipment design.
• Basic understanding of mechanical design; interest in thermal-design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to follow procedures, analyze data, and meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused mindset; delivering high-quality work.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data and specifications to support heat-exchanger designs and quotations under supervision.
• Learn to create clear engineering documentation for manufacturing handover.
• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, service, and commercial teams to grow technical knowledge.
• Attend technical discussions with stakeholders and customers to understand requirements.
• Perform simulations on existing designs to support performance.
• Use Parker's lean tools and MPS toolset to support on-time delivery and waste reduction.
• Follow established engineering processes and quality standards while building capability.
