Job summary

Kelvion is seeking a design engineer to lead the design and development of heat exchanger products, providing technical support for the existing range. You will conduct analyses to optimize performance and efficiency while collaborating with global teams on new product introduction and transfers.

You'll work with 3D modelling in Autodesk Inventor, manage PDM data, and contribute to manufacturing processes and BOM/BOL structures.

Qualifications

• Experience in 3D modelling and 2D drafting for engineering designs.
• Strong documentation writing skills and clear technical communication.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional/global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of innovative heat exchanger products and provide technical support for the existing product range.
• Conduct technical analyses to optimize product performance and efficiency.
• Develop and support product designs within the local and global Technology teams.
• Independently manage engineering workstreams, including prototype design and initial manufacturing support.
• Manage and execute product transfers across global manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Line Management, New Product Introduction, Global Sales & Solutions, Supply Chain, Production Engineering, HSE, Quality, and global manufacturing sites.
• Deliver assigned projects on time and within budget using a structured project management approach.
• Promote a strong safety culture in engineering activities.
