Job Description:

Protocol Education is currently recruiting for Entry Level Teaching Assistants.

Are you eager to embark on a new and exhilarating journey but lack prior experience? If so, seize this opportunity! We welcome people from diverse professional backgrounds, including graduates who are passionate about supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning.

Your role will involve providing one-to-one support or closely assisting students who require extra academic support.

The role entails:

  • Assisting teaching activities in the classroom.
  • Supporting students in their academic progress.
  • Working individually with students who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Requirements:
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Possession of, or willingness to apply for, an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • Enthusiasm for a career in education.
  • Positive verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
