Apprentify in Cwmbran is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. No previous sales experience is required; you’ll receive full training and ongoing coaching to build a successful early career in sales.

In this role you’ll prospect, generate leads, and engage with potential customers while developing your communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills through structured onboarding and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales colleagues.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with BDR and Account Management teams to support growth initiatives.
