Position: Sales Consultant – Luxury Property
Salary: £25,000 + Commission (OTE £40,000+)

They are dedicated to providing unparalleled service and creating lasting impressions in the high-end property market. As a Sales Consultant, you will be an ambassador for the company, embodying their values and upholding their reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company with the highest level of professionalism and integrity
  • Drive sales of luxury properties through effective client relationship management and exceptional service
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for the property market
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders, showcasing the unique features and benefits of high-end properties
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth transactions and exceptional client experiences
  • Work flexibly, including weekends, to accommodate client schedules and demands

Key Attributes:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the luxury property market
  • Tenacious, resilient, and driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations
  • Excellent communication skills; articulate and persuasive
  • Charismatic personality with the ability to build strong relationships
  • A keen interest in and passion for the property sector
  • Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to the needs of the business
  • Mandarin/Cantonese language skills are a bonus, but not a requirement
