Job summary

The Best Connection, Preston, is seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Recruitment Consultant on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This on-site role offers full training, guidance and ongoing support to help you build skills and confidence in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

You'll manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, develop client and candidate relationships, and work toward achievable sales targets with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Entry level role with no prior recruitment experience required.
• Full training and ongoing support provided.
• Opportunity to qualify with Level 3 Recruiter Qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
• Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Identify and win new business through sales calls and face to face client visits
• Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles
• Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training
