Starting in Summer 2025, we’re looking to welcome talented and driven individuals into our expanding team in Shoreditch, London!

Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are a values-led recruitment agency with an inclusive and non-corporate culture — and we became B Corp Certified in 2022! Harmonic supplies Finance and Operations professionals to start-up and scale-up businesses. We work with some of the most exciting organizations in Europe, from innovative tech start-ups (Fintech, Software, AI, Robotics, BioTech) to record labels, fashion brands, vegan food start-ups, interior designers, and media companies.

We offer the best training and coaching in the industry. Upon joining, there is a comprehensive 12-week training programme, followed by ongoing coaching and development sessions.

The Role:

The Community Analyst role is the first step in the Harmonic career development programme. It provides a broad introduction to recruitment, focusing on developing business development skills and building a trusted community of candidates within a niche market. Daily and weekly targets will be set during training, so if you thrive in a competitive yet friendly environment, this role is for you. Successful candidates are expected to be promoted to Lead Community Analyst within three to six months.

Responsibilities:

• Build a niche candidate community via phone and face-to-face business development.
• Source candidates for live vacancies.
• Identify and report on urgent hiring opportunities for Harmonic to fill.
• Ensure the quality of Harmonic CRM data.
• Create bespoke marketing materials for your marketplace.
• Develop original content for the Harmonic website related to your market.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good educational background.
• A competitive spirit.
• Alignment with our values.
• Previous paid work experience (part-time or during studies).
• Starting salary of £25,400, with increases after probation.
• Uncapped commission scheme with average first-year earnings of £35,000–£45,000, second-year earnings of £50,000–£65,000, and third-year earnings of £70,000–£100,000.
