SThree is hiring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Leeds. This entry-point role offers a fast-paced start in a global STEM workforce consultancy, with hybrid working (4 days in the office, 1 day at home) and a clear path to promotion through our Velocity Programme.

You’ll learn to source talent, interview candidates, build client relationships, negotiate offers, and manage the full 360 recruitment cycle. Training is best-in-class, with ongoing support and global career opportunities.

Qualifications

• This entry point role requires some experience in a fast-paced, people-focused commercial environment.
• Experience in sales or similar customer-centric roles is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Use digital tools, referrals, and events to find top talent
• Interview and assess candidates to match them with the right roles
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Manage the full recruitment cycle (360) from start to finish
