Job summary

Saragossa is looking for ambitious graduates and professionals in Bristol to join our team and build a successful micro business from the ground up. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and will be encouraged to take initiative to hit ambitious targets.

Base salary ranges from £26,500 to £27,500 with uncapped commission up to 30%. If everything goes perfectly, you could reach the top Associate earnings of £89,000 per year. Excellent learning and development programmes are provided.

Do you want to earn £89k in your first year, like one of our Associates did in Bristol? Do you have the desire to progress in your career quickly? James Batt, Bristol's Regional Director progressed from an Associate to a Director in under 6 years, this could be you!

You’re going to be given the chance to work autonomously and build your own mini business from the ground up. You’re not going to be micromanaged and you will be encouraged to be proactive in order to deliver on your targets. You’ll have all the support from the collaborative team around you, who will be there to help you achieve your targets and goals.

With this in mind, whilst you won’t need any prior recruitment experience, you’ll need to be focused and motivated to get the absolute most from this job. It will provide extraordinary benefits, but often it will mean you have to put in an extra-ordinary amount of work.
