Saragossa Bristol is hiring an ENTRY-LEVEL Recruitment Consultant to build relationships with technology leaders at top investment firms. You will recruit engineers, data specialists and technologists, and manage the end-to-end process from first contact to placement.

No prior recruitment experience is required; success depends on a commercial mindset, proactive attitude, confident communication, and self-direction to hit targets.

Saragossa Bristol (Full-time, in office) | £26, 500 + up to 30% uncapped commission

The role

As a Recruitment Consultant you will build relationships with technology leaders at some of the world's most sophisticated investment firms, find and engage the engineers, data specialists and technologists they need, and run the process from start to finish.

This is a completely entry-level role. You do not need recruitment experience, and you do not need a finance or technology background. What you do need is the following:

• Commercial mind-set. You understand that this is a sales role and you are excited by that.
• Proactive and ambitious. You set your own pace and it is a fast one.
• A confident communicator who is comfortable picking up the phone and speaking to senior people.
• Productive and self-directed. You can work autonomously, manage your own day and deliver on targets without being chased.
