Training and Development

At QXi Group, we believe in nurturing talent! You will receive tailored training to help you succeed and reach your career aspirations. You’ll work closely with a dedicated mentor and learn from our top recruiters, helping you to become a fully independent consultant by the end of your first year.

You will be:

Recruiting technology professionals across Europe.
Seek new clients and create new business opportunities.
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Creating precise job descriptions and advertising them on appropriate job boards.
Actively headhunting passive candidates in the target market, on appropriate channels such as LinkedIn.
Hit revenue targets.
Create a network of key stakeholders.

The successful candidate must:

Ideally have 6-12 months sales experience.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.
Have a success-driven mentality and a strong work ethic.
Have excellent organisation skills and attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
Have outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
Be resilience, self-motivated, and proactive.
