Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Bristol City Centre. The role offers a base salary of £28,000 with uncapped commission and quarterly promotion opportunities as part of a rapid development path.

You will build client relationships in the Engineering and Technology sectors, manage the full recruitment process, source and interview candidates, and headhunt top talent. Training and progression are clearly emphasised in a supportive, high-performance culture.
