We’re looking for enthusiastic career changers and career starters to join our dynamic team and make a real impact within our organisation. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in everything from leading teams to running promotional sales campaigns in a fast-paced, collaborative environment based in Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Help lead and motivate team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals. You'll play a part in fostering a positive, productive atmosphere.
  • Project Management: Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns and projects. You’ll keep track of progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse team performance and offer feedback and training to improve efficiency. Implement strategies to boost overall performance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues quickly. You’ll also assist with customer support and sales, especially when training new team members.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties to help the management team run smoothly.
  • Training and Development: Take part in training sessions and workshops to build your management skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, sharing ideas and insights to improve overall operations.

Qualifications:
