1. Step 1 - APM (Association for Project Management) Qualification

The first step is completing the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ). This industry-recognised qualification teaches fundamental principles of the project profession. The APM is the only chartered project management group in the world.

Study time is approximately 20 hours, with a 1-hour multiple-choice exam. The course is provided online, including exam simulators and revision tools. You will have access to a 1-hour online revision workshop before your exam. This qualification is a stepping stone towards becoming a Chartered Project Professional with further study and experience.

1. Step 2 - PRINCE2 Foundation

PRINCE2 is the most recognised methodology used by project managers worldwide, essential for those aiming to work in project management. It is process-driven, often called a waterfall methodology. Study time is about 15-20 hours, with a 1-hour multiple-choice exam. The course is online, with exam simulators and revision tools, and includes a 1-hour online revision workshop.

1. Step 3 - Project Management Simulation

Through our exclusive online simulated project, you will manage a project that mirrors real-world scenarios. Upon completion, your work will be graded, and you will receive a certificate of completion.

1. Step 4 - Recruitment Support

Once qualified for entry-level project management roles, our recruitment support team will assist you in securing your first position.
