Job summary

The Swatch Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Logistics Officer for our Richmond Head Office. This hands-on, entry-level role focuses on picking, packing and dispatching orders, supporting day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring orders are delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical accuracy for stock quantities and orders.
• Accurate data entry and reliable use of computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Process and dispatch orders within service levels.
• Perform stock checks and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and picking errors.
• Maintain inventory records and document incidents or discrepancies.
• Receive, inspect and put away incoming stock timely.
• Ensure stock is stored, organized and located for efficient picking.
• Assist with stocktakes, audits and stock management.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
