Job summary

CMS CMNO LLP is seeking an entry-level Legal Tech Support Analyst to help colleagues use our legal tech platforms effectively and contribute to continuous improvement. You will be the first point of contact for user queries, maintain training materials, and develop expertise across tools as you gain exposure to demos, training and support.

You will support a range of tools, work in a dynamic team, and benefit from a flexible hybrid working policy and opportunities to grow in legal technology.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for legal tech queries, triaging requests and providing first-line support.
• Diagnose and resolve user issues, escalating complex matters to senior team members as needed.
• Develop knowledge of legal technology tools and platforms supported by the team.
• Configure and maintain standard sites, projects and platform settings, including user management.
• Support the creation of training resources, user guides and FAQs for internal or client use cases.
• Assist colleagues and clients in building confidence in using legal technology and best practices.
