Top Flight Recruitment Ltd in Windsor is hiring an entry-level Employment Law Paralegal / Law Graduate to join the Employment Law team. You will provide administrative and paralegal support alongside solicitors, helping progress matters and prepare legal documents.

Ideal candidates will have a law degree (LLB) or equivalent, be studying LPC/SQE, and show strong communication, attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Assisting with the preparation of Employment Tribunal bundles and hearing documentation
• Carrying out legal research and summarising findings for the wider team
• Organising and maintaining accurate electronic and physical matter files

Are you a Law graduate looking to gain practical experience and build a career within Employment Law?

We are looking for an ambitious, organised and detail-oriented individual to join our client's Employment Law team in an entry-level Paralegal position.

Working alongside experienced solicitors and fee earners, you will provide administrative and paralegal support across a variety of employment law matters while developing valuable practical legal experience.

If you have completed your Law degree, are currently studying towards your LPC or SQE, or are looking for your first opportunity within a law firm, this could be an excellent next step.

Key Responsibilities - What You'll Be Doing

• Providing day-to-day administrative and paralegal support to the Employment Law team
• Assisting solicitors and fee earners with the preparation and progression of employment law matters
• Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
• Assisting with the preparation of Employment Tribunal bundles and hearing documentation
• Carrying out legal research and summarising findings for the wider team
• Organising and maintaining accurate electronic and physical matter files
• Drafting routine correspondence and basic legal documentation under supervision
• Liaising professionally with clients, counsel, Employment Tribunals and other third parties
• Taking accurate notes during client meetings and internal discussions
• Monitoring key dates, deadlines and upcoming hearings
• Updating the firm's case management system and ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
• Supporting the team with employment-related documentation and client enquiries
• Providing general administrative support to ensure the Employment Law team operates efficiently
• Developing your knowledge of Employment Law and Employment Tribunal procedures through practical experience, training and ongoing support

What We're Looking For - Essential Skills & Experience

• Law degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification, ideally with strong academic results
• Completed, currently studying or looking to complete the LPC or SQE
• Previous experience within a law firm, legal clinic, Citizens Advice or similar environment would be advantageous but is not essential
• A genuine interest in developing a career within Employment Law
• Some understanding of legal processes and professional legal environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work effectively to deadlines
• Professional and confident approach when communicating with clients and colleagues
• Ability to work independently on allocated tasks while also contributing as part of a wider legal team
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop within Employment Law
