Qualifications

• No experience required; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean the kitchen and prep areas for the next day.
• Maintain food storage areas, including fridges and freezers.
• Receive deliveries and organise stock correctly.
• Wash dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Loading and unloading the dishwasher.
• Remove kitchen waste and dispose of it safely.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment such as cookers and mixers.
• Support chefs with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping ingredients).
• Assist the kitchen team as required during service.
