We are currently recruiting I.T Field Engineers to work at various sites around Stirling. No experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

About You:

· Regardless of experience, the most important element to any candidate is a genuine passion for I.T & a willingness to learn new skills.

· The role of an IT field engineer is field based and will often require you to travel to various sites, so it is imperative you have a valid driving licence, your own vehicle, and a flexible approach towards traveling to different locations.

· Practical skills such as DIY experience would be highly beneficial.

· Ex-Military experience is desirable.

Main Responsibilities of the IT Field Engineers:

• Attending customer sites to install and resolve IT equipment.
• Working closely with the IT support desk to provide feedback on support calls and ongoing issues.
• Liaising with account managers and updating customers on the progress and resolution of issues.
