Are you looking to start your career in the IT sector? We are currently recruiting IT Field Engineers to work at various sites around Stirling. No experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

About You:

• Passion for IT and a willingness to learn new skills are essential, regardless of prior experience.
• The role is field-based and requires travel to different sites; a valid driving license, your own vehicle, and a flexible approach to travel are necessary.
• Practical DIY skills would be highly beneficial.
• Ex-Military candidates are encouraged to apply (desirable).

Main Responsibilities of the IT Field Engineers:

• Attending customer sites to install and resolve IT equipment.
• Collaborating with the IT support desk to provide feedback on support calls and ongoing issues.
• Liaising with account managers and updating customers on the progress and resolution of issues.
