Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking a Paint Booth Operator in Malvern, UK to read shop orders, select colors, and apply paints using airless or conventional spray equipment. You will maintain a clean, safe workspace and operate monorails and lifting devices as needed.

No minimum education or prior experience required; candidates must follow safety rules, wear PPE, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. The role includes benefits and 401k.

• Read and interpret shop orders for correct paint color and options
• Apply paints, lacquers, or enamels using airless or conventional spray equipment

• Operate monorail or hoist as needed to move products in/out of the booth
• Follow health, safety and environmental policies and maintain confidentiality
