Job summary

Amwins Global Risks seeks an Entry-Level IBA Technician to support document creation, data entry, and information management. The role is designed for early career candidates with supervision, offering a clear progression toward Cert CII through a Level 3 apprenticeship.

You will develop skills in handling statements, cash reports, and reconciliations while learning department procedures and policy applications. This is a structured, learning-focused position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have GCSEs English and Maths (Grade 5 or above).
• Committed to pursuing Cert CII via Level 3 apprenticeship over 18–24 months.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Create standard documents and templates with accuracy.
• Enter, amend and submit data across systems (Global XB, MS Office).
• Maintain digital and physical filing, ensure timely documentation.
• Produce and update departmental reports as required.
• Review cash and accounts activities and reconcile where needed.
• Allocate cash receipts and settlements per ledgers and procedures.
• Prepare statements of balances and monitor premium settlements.
