Job summary

You will assist with data tracking, information barriers, and routine risk queries, while developing within the team.

On-the-job training will be provided; the role supports the firm’s compliance with regulatory obligations across our Birmingham and London offices. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Preferably educated to degree standard.
• Experience in a law or professional services firm desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Data management: logging, tracking and monitoring queries.
• Assist with information barriers and conflicts of interest management.
• Support compliance queries and draft routine responses.
• Manage compliance training platform and track completion.
• Prepare committee papers and reports.
• Assist with audits, policy reviews and internal communications.
