Must have or be working towards a degree within the following disciplines: Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management with Quantity Surveying, Environmental Science or a Geography related field - including material on sustainability, transport planning, flood risk management / similar, OR construction/project/development management.
