Job summary

Intertek in Melbourn, Cambridgeshire, is seeking a Stability Coordinator to support essential stability and sample coordination activities within a GMP laboratory environment. The role offers full training and progression for individuals entering a regulated lab setting.

You will coordinate daily stability tasks, manage records, and ensure timely sample handling in a two-floor facility. Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow clear instructions and processes (training provided).
• Methodical and reliable approach to routine, process-driven work.
• Experience in administration, logistics, or regulated environments is desirable.
• Scientific qualifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support stability activities in compliance with current GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Day-to-day operation of temperature- and humidity-controlled stability storage areas and equipment.
• Routine sample storage, retrieval, preparation and disposal activities.
• Accurate completion, scanning and maintenance of hard-copy and electronic stability records.
• Plan and organise workload to meet daily timelines and shipment deadlines.
