Marlowe Fire & Security Group in the UK is recruiting multiple entry-level Fire & Security Maintenance Engineers. No experience is required as our in-house Training Academy will give you the skills to service a wide variety of systems within a compact geographic area.

You will shadow experienced engineers, perform routine inspections, and deliver on-site customer service as you develop toward a fully qualified engineer, with benefits including a company van, training days, pension and

Qualifications

• These are entry-level roles within the business; therefore, we are not looking for candidates who are already experienced in these disciplines.
• Working in the service industry, broadband, or electrical services industry will be highly advantageous but not necessary.
• Keen interest in fire and security systems
• Basic understanding of electrical systems (beneficial but not essential)
• Willingness to learn and develop within a growing organisation
• Great attention to detail
• Professional and presentable at all times
• Be able to deliver exceptional customer service
• Must be able to perform well as an individual as well as part of a team
• Must have a positive attitude
• Full driving licence - mandatory

Responsibilities

• Utilising Marlowe's very own first-class academy
• Shadow experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience and technical knowledge
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of systems to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service on site visits
