Marlowe Fire & Security is seeking an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to service clients across the UK. The role focuses on maintaining systems, responding to calls, and planning site visits with a strong emphasis on customer service and professional conduct.

As a frontline engineer, you will work with leading brands and attend ongoing training to develop skills and advance within the company. A full induction and progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Technical background in electrical/electronic industry required.
• Good knowledge of fire and security systems.
• Experience in front-line customer contact preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Professional demeanor at all times.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fire and security systems in assigned area.
• Respond to service calls per standards and customer requirements.
• Plan and respond to routine and reactive visits in your area.
• Communicate effectively with customers when planning site visits.
• Maintain stock levels with support from Stores.
• Attend required training sessions.
• Participate in engineering team meetings and personal development.
