Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is recruiting entry-level Fire & Security Maintenance Engineers across the UK. You will undergo a comprehensive training programme and apprentice alongside experienced engineers to service and maintain fire and security systems on customer sites.

No prior industry experience is required, but a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential. Excellent communication and customer service skills will help you succeed in this hands-on role.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured training through Mitie's Training Academy.
• Work with experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience.
• Service, inspect and maintain fire and security systems.
• Assist with routine maintenance visits across sites.
• Record service activities accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer service during visits.
• Follow Health & Safety policies and safe working practices.
• Travel within designated area.
