Job summary

Hotpoint is offering a hands-on Trainee Field Service Engineer path across the UK. No prior experience is required as you’ll receive comprehensive training from day one, combining classroom learning with on‑the‑job experience.

In this role you’ll visit customer homes to diagnose and repair appliances, drive a fully equipped Hotpoint van, manage tools and spare parts, and provide excellent service. A salary of £27,377–£28,352 per year is offered, with commission and overtime, 20 days holiday

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and a passion for helping customers.
• Interest in electrics, mechanics, or hands-on problem solving.
• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Physically fit and able to lift appliances.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Hotpoint van to customer appointments.
• Diagnose and repair appliances in customers’ homes.
• Provide top‑notch customer service.
• Manage tools and spare parts stock.
• Promote Hotpoint products.
