NEUTRA in Eynsham, Oxfordshire, is hiring Production Operatives for composites manufacturing. Two areas with full training from day one, offering permanent, full-time roles and clear progression into skilled technician positions.

You don’t need composites experience; a practical, hands-on background and a willingness to learn are valued as you work on laminating, vacuum bagging, spray operations, and quality traceability.

Qualifications

• Must have a practical, hands-on background and be motivated to learn.
• Experience in production/manufacturing environments is beneficial.
• Ability to use general hand tools and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support laminating and lay-up of composite components.
• Operate robotic spray systems and monitor curing ovens.
• Record traceability data and perform quality checks.
