Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent program.
• 0–2 years of public accounting experience or internship preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship (if applicable).
• In-office presence required; ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams by gathering, organizing, and tracking due diligence materials from clients, investors, and lenders.
• Assist in reviewing partnership agreements and other documents under guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in preparation of closing draws for projects starting construction and monthly banking draws.
• Prepare engagement letters and state certifications.
• Organize Qualified Contract materials with timely updates.
