Job summary

Imperial College London invites applications for an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Manager (Maternity Cover) to shape the entrepreneurial community across Imperial's Enterprise Lab. You will lead two flagship initiatives and ensure delivery of mentoring and expert-in-residence programmes.

You'll work with the Ventures Team to connect founders with investors, resources and a peer network, building an inclusive, high-energy culture that supports ambitious students, researchers and alumni.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in the area of innovation and entrepreneurship support; supporting early-stage founders.
• Well-developed project management, organisation, and coordination skills with a strong, independently driven delivery focus.
• Strong relationship building skills conducive both to informal team environments as well as formal structures.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth and evolution of Imperial's two flagship initiatives: Imperial Venture Mentoring (IVM) and Experts-in-Residence (XiR).
• Coordinate planning and delivery with the Ventures Team in Enterprise Lab to help founders access experts, investors and resources.
