Job summary

SR2 | Socially Responsible Recruitment | Certified B Corporation is seeking an experienced Entity Manager (Digital Manager) to lead a defence transformation across several engineering entities. The role will line-manage a Technical Architect and a Delivery Lead, focusing on IT infrastructure, cloud, and cyber operations across multiple sites.

You will work with senior stakeholders to understand operations, prioritise improvements, and coordinate resources for delivery enhancements.

Qualifications

• Senior IT roles overseeing digital, infrastructure, cloud, and cyber operations.
• Strong understanding of Azure platforms, architecture, identity, governance, and security.
• Proven ability to guide, challenge, and collaborate with outsourced IT providers.
• Broad understanding of networking, infrastructure, and enterprise technologies.
• Experience in multi-customer, multi-classification, secure environments.
• Experience in cybersecurity, NIST frameworks, and assurance processes.
• Experience leading teams and managing vendors.
• SC Clearance (or eligible).
