Ellison Boulters Church of England Academy is seeking a reliable Midday Supervisory Assistant for 5 hours per week during term time to ensure a safe and sociable lunchtime for pupils. Duties include supervising meals, playground supervision, and supporting positive play, with safeguarding training provided.

The role requires enthusiasm for working with children and the ability to communicate effectively with pupils of all abilities.

• Be enthusiastic and enjoy working with children.
• Communicate effectively with children of all abilities.
• Promote safeguarding and welfare of the children in our school.
• Basic health and hygiene training, safeguarding and first aid will be provided.

Mansioni

• Set up lunchtime.
• Supervise children eating and serving hot meals.
• Clear up afterwards and put tables and chairs away.
• Supervise on the playground.
• Support and encourage positive play and interactions in line with School Behaviour Policy.
• Report incidents to the appropriate person and escalate as required.
• Undertake other tasks to support lunchtime operations.
